Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.


Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use


To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email Our Returns Specialist:
  2. Title the subject of your email "Return Request"
  3. Attache the receipt of the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  4. Write the reason for your return
  5. If you are returning the item due to damages please submit pictures of the damages in your email
  6. Once approved, print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
  7. Send all items back to us using the label provided



  • How long it takes to receive your refund? We will process your refund 48 hours after receiving your return in our warehouse.

  • Do I have to pay for return shipping? Customers only have to pay for return shipping if the customer made a mistake while ordering. Otherwise, if there is a mistake on Furnex's end then we will cover all shipping expenses.
